WOMEN

Purpose

The women’s ministry is responsible for planning and coordinating activities for women of the church to promote fellowship and spiritual growth and to address special needs of women.

Qualifications

All adult female members of First Baptist Church Maddoxtown are automatically part of the women's ministry.

Recent Activities

Sister-to-Sister (anonymously, women pair up and encourage one another, provide gifts for special occasions, etc.); Kroger community awards program for our schools; Cook book; Valentines day treats for CYT ministry and dinner for congregation; Special Valentine's day dedication for the Men's ministry; Hosts for annual Homecoming; Book Talk on "The Fruit of Her Hands: respect and the Christian Woman" by Nancy Wilson; Time Capsule; Fellowship outings to plays, movies, dinner, etc.
